Non-Returnable Items
Transportation of this item is subject to hazardous materials regulation. This item is non-returnable because of transportation regulation. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through Your Orders by providing an image of the item and its defects.
To request a refund or replacement for a damaged or defective item, please:

- Find the order containing the damaged or defective item
- Click on the order to view details
- Upload an image showing the damage or defect
- Submit your request for review
Return Shipping Insurance
Returned items must be insured for the full invoice value and shipped with delivery confirmation to ensure safe receipt.
Shipping times may be affected by weather or carrier delays. All deliveries are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
