At Veepra Collective, we provide secure and compliant distribution of premium fragrances across Canada. As perfumes are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids due to their alcohol content, we follow strict safety protocols to ensure your wholesale orders arrive safely and in full legal compliance.
Processing & Fulfillment
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm MST, excluding Canada holidays. In the event an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified via email
- High-Volume Orders: For bulk or palletized orders, please allow an additional days for specialized packing and TDG documentation.
- Inventory Verification: All products are verified against Health Canada Cosmetic Notification standards before dispatch.
Domestic Shipping within Canada
Due to federal safety regulations, perfume must be handled as “Dangerous Goods”.
- Ground Transportation: Most shipments are sent via ground to comply with safety restrictions. Air shipping is highly restricted and requires specialized certification.
- Carrier Partners: we utilize certified couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Purolator for wholesale distribution.
- Note: Canada Post generally does not accept perfume from regular consumers, and wholesale accounts must meet “Limited Quantity” or “Excepted Quantity” requirements to use their services.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Territories (YT, NT, NU) or remote “Air Stage” locations may be subject to longer lead times and additional surcharges.
Wholesale Rates & Minimums
- Calculated Shipping: Rates are determined by weight, dimensions, and the destination’s postal code.
- Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on orders over $200 after discounts are applied (excluding remote regions). Taxes and shipping fees don’t count toward the $200 minimum
- Hazardous Materials Fee: A mandatory carrier Dangerous Goods (DG) surcharge may apply to each shipment.
Safety & Compliance Packaging
We exceed standard requirements to protect your investment:
- Limited Quantity Compliance: We ship under “Limited Quantity” (LQ) provisions where possible, utilizing the required Black Diamond marking on all outer packaging.
- Leak Protection: Inner bottles are sealed and placed in leak-proof intermediate packaging with absorbent materials.
- Weight Limits: Individual packages do not exceed 30kg to maintain compliance with Canadian TDG standards.
Order Revisions & Cancellations
To ensure timely processing, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please verify all shipping details carefully before checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
Receiving & Damages
- Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the Limited Quantity seals. Any signs of leakage or damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Claims: Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photo evidence of the packaging and the “Class 3” labels for insurance purposes. You must retain all damaged items until a carrier claim is completed.

Returns Policy
Non-Returnable Items
Transportation of this item is subject to hazardous materials regulation. This item is non-returnable because of transportation regulation. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through Your Orders by providing an image of the item and its defects.

- Upload an image showing the damage or defect
- Submit your request for review
Return Shipping Insurance
Returned items must be insured for the full invoice value and shipped with delivery confirmation to ensure safe receipt.
